Interactive function to calcute plasma paramters.

Parameters:

• output (bool, Optional) – Flag to return dict with output. Default is False.

• verbose (bool, Optional) – Flag to print the results function. Default is True.

Returns:

out – Hashtable with everything.

Return type:

dict
